4 = Confused, disoriented

2 = Makes incomprehensible sounds
1 = Makes no sounds
Best Motor response
6 = Obeys commands
5 = Localizes painful stimuli
4 = Withdrawal to pain
3 = Abnormal flexion to pain
2 = Abnormal extension to pain
1 = Makes no movements
