- Statins, fibrates, alcohol: Mecrotizing myopathy
- Statins, D-penicillamine, interferon-α, procainamide: Inflammatory myopathy
- Zidovudine, germanium: Mitochondrial myopathy
- Colchicine, vincristine: Antimicrotubular myopathy
- Chloroquine, hydroxychloroquine, quinacrine, perhexiline, amiodarone: Lysosomal storage myopathy
- Emetine, ipecac: Myofibrillar myopathy
- Corticosteroids: Type II muscle fiber atrophy
