Ansa cervicalis	C1C2C3	1st, 2nd and 3rd cervical nerves
Phrenic nerve	C3C4C5	Mainly from the 4th cervical nerve with contributions from the 3rd and 5th
Segmental branches of cervical plexus	C1C2C3C4	1st through 4th spinal nerves

Brachial plexus

Brachial-plexus

Formed by the anterior rami of C5, C6, C7, C8 and T1 roots
Divided into:
- Three trunks: upper, middle, lower
- Six divisions: three anterior, three posterior
- Three cords: posterior, medial, lateral
- Five terminal branches: musculocutaneous, axillary, radial, median and ulnar nerve
