Radial nerve - posterior cutaneous nerve lesions

Causes

• Iatrogenic injury (eg. injection, turniquet application, surgery, elbow arthroscopy, facture repair)
• Humerus fracture.
• Arm injury.

Symptoms & signs

• Pain and paresthesias in the distal dorsal arm and dorsal forearm.
• Symptoms may be exacerbated if the arm is drawn across the front of the body with the elbow vigorously extended.
• No motor deficits.
